Review of "Song for Future Books" by Joanna Fuhrman

Joanna Fuhrman (b. 1972) has taught writing at Rutgers University and in public schools for the Teachers & Writers Collaborative.  She is the author of four books of poetry.  Additional biographical information may be found here:

The poem is presented in free verse and divided into irregular stanzas of one to three lines.  The poem begins by describing an interesting, futuristic glass book, but then veers into squirrelly territory--literally and figuratively.
