"Marriage" by William Carlos Williams (1883 - 1963) was offered by Poet.org's Poem-A-Day on September 14, 2013. It is a thirteen-word poem arranged in four lines that juxtaposes the marriage of a man and a woman with a stream in a field. I am not sure that the metaphor works for me.
