Review of Manic is the Dark Night by Michael Lee Johnson

Manic is the Dark Night by Michael Lee Johnson appeared in issue #21 (December 1, 2012) of the quarterly ezine NewMyths.com.  Here, psychosis is a dark forest into which the manic depressive perhaps willingly, perhaps unwillingly, retreats.  The imagery is dark, the lines are twisted, and a collision of worlds-- of the sane and the phantasmagoric--is created.  But who is to say that one world is better than the other?
