New 'Ku: "fireflies of summer"

This evening at twilight as I sat on my deck in Kansas watching the fireflies blink on and off in my backyard, I began to think about how, on a cosmic scale, the life of a star is about as fleeting as a firefly's brief glow.  A nice haiku resulted.
