Review of "Conspiracy to Commit Larceny: A Recipe" by Jennifer Militello

"Conspiracy to Commit Larceny: A Recipe" by Jennifer Militello was offered by Poets.org's Poem-A-Day on August 12, 2013.  The poet reveals in her notes that she was inspired by a crime that she committed under circumstances similar to those described in the poem.  There is something deliciously dangerous here, a defiant yearning for freedom and the forbidden.  I suppose such feelings date back to the Garden of Eden.
